These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Legal Line website and any webpages, forms, content, features, or services made available through it (collectively, the “Site”).

Legal Line is a service and brand operated by Wolfe Media, Inc., a California corporation (“Wolfe Media,” “Legal Line,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site may be branded with, promoted by, or operated in cooperation with a participating radio station, television station, media company, or other media partner (the “Participating Station”).

By accessing or using the Site, including by submitting a question, inquiry, or other information through the Site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Legal Line Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. IMPORTANT — LEGAL LINE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE

Wolfe Media is not a law firm and does not practice law or provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, or legal services.

The Participating Station does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services through Legal Line.

Legal Line provides general legal information and gives consumers an opportunity to submit a question or inquiry to a participating law firm selected by the consumer.

Information appearing on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not individualized legal advice and is not a substitute for consulting directly with a qualified attorney concerning your particular circumstances.

You should not act, refrain from acting, make a legal decision, or allow a legal deadline to expire based solely upon information appearing on the Site.

2. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Your use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and:

Wolfe Media;
Legal Line;
the Participating Station;
any owner, employee, officer, director, representative, contractor, affiliate, or agent of Wolfe Media or the Participating Station; or
any participating attorney or law firm merely because that attorney or law firm appears on the Site.

Submitting a question or inquiry through the Site also does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client relationship between you and the attorney or law firm you select.

An attorney-client relationship may arise only if and when the attorney or law firm affirmatively agrees to undertake representation in accordance with its own procedures and applicable law.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station have no authority to create an attorney-client relationship on behalf of any participating attorney or law firm.

3. HOW LEGAL LINE WORKS

Legal Line allows consumers to view information about participating attorneys or law firms and, where available, submit a question or inquiry to a participating law firm chosen by the consumer.

The consumer—not Wolfe Media and not the Participating Station—selects the participating law firm to which the consumer’s submission is directed.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station do not:

select an attorney for the consumer;
determine which attorney is best for the consumer;
match a consumer with an attorney based upon an evaluation of the consumer’s legal needs;
provide individualized recommendations concerning which attorney a consumer should hire;
rank participating attorneys according to their suitability for a particular legal matter;
evaluate the merits of a consumer’s potential legal matter; or
guarantee that a particular attorney or law firm is appropriate for the consumer.

A participating attorney’s or law firm’s appearance on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee by Wolfe Media or the Participating Station.

Consumers remain solely responsible for deciding whether to contact, communicate with, retain, or rely upon any attorney or law firm.

4. PARTICIPATING LAW FIRMS PAY TO PARTICIPATE

There is no charge to a consumer to submit a question or inquiry through Legal Line.

Participating attorneys or law firms pay a fee to participate in the Legal Line program and to have their information presented in connection with the Site and related Legal Line programming or promotion.

The participation fee is not a payment by a consumer and does not entitle a participating law firm to any particular consumer, client, case, matter, inquiry, revenue, or result.

A participating law firm’s payment to Wolfe Media does not constitute a guarantee that the firm will receive:

any minimum number of consumer inquiries;
any particular type of inquiry;
any clients;
any legal engagements;
any cases;
any fees; or
any other business result.

If a consumer and participating law firm later enter into an attorney-client relationship, all legal fees, expenses, costs, representation terms, engagement conditions, and professional obligations are solely between the consumer and the attorney or law firm.

Neither Wolfe Media nor the Participating Station is a party to an attorney-client engagement or legal fee agreement between a consumer and a participating attorney or law firm.

5. CONSUMER DIRECTS TRANSMISSION TO THE SELECTED LAW FIRM

When you select a participating law firm and submit a question or inquiry through the Site, you are directing and authorizing Wolfe Media and the technology providers used to operate Legal Line to attempt to transmit the information you submit to that selected law firm.

Wolfe Media does not sell your submission to the law firm.

The participating law firm’s fee for participation in Legal Line is separate from the transmission of any particular consumer submission.

6. NO GUARANTEE THAT A SUBMISSION WILL BE TRANSMITTED, DELIVERED, OR RECEIVED

THIS SECTION IS IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

Legal Line is designed to attempt to transmit a consumer’s submission to the participating law firm selected by the consumer. Electronic communications and internet-based systems, however, are not infallible.

WOLFE MEDIA, LEGAL LINE, AND THE PARTICIPATING STATION DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT ANY QUESTION, INQUIRY, EMAIL, FORM SUBMISSION, ATTACHMENT, MESSAGE, OR OTHER COMMUNICATION WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY TRANSMITTED, FORWARDED, DELIVERED, RECEIVED, OPENED, READ, REVIEWED, RETAINED, OR RESPONDED TO BY THE SELECTED ATTORNEY OR LAW FIRM.

A submission may fail, be delayed, be blocked, be misdirected, or be lost because of circumstances including, without limitation:

internet outages;
network failures;
website failures;
hosting failures;
server errors;
email delivery failures;
spam or junk-mail filtering;
security filtering;
firewalls;
software failures;
hardware failures;
telecommunications failures;
incorrect, changed, or outdated email addresses;
third-party service interruptions;
technical errors;
system maintenance;
cybersecurity incidents;
malicious activity;
user error; or
other circumstances within or outside the reasonable control of Wolfe Media or the Participating Station.

A confirmation page, confirmation screen, automated email, automated message, or other indication that a form has been submitted means only that the Site attempted to process the submission.

IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CONFIRMATION OR A GUARANTEE THAT THE SELECTED LAW FIRM ACTUALLY RECEIVED, OPENED, READ, OR REVIEWED THE SUBMISSION.

You are solely responsible for independently confirming receipt of a communication when receipt is important.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF A RESPONSE

Submitting a question or inquiry does not guarantee that an attorney or law firm will respond.

A participating attorney or law firm has sole discretion to determine:

whether to review an inquiry;
whether and when to respond;
what response, if any, to provide;
whether additional information is required;
whether the attorney has a conflict of interest;
whether the matter falls within the attorney’s areas of practice;
whether the attorney is legally or ethically permitted to communicate concerning the matter;
whether the attorney has the capacity to handle the matter; and
whether the attorney or law firm wishes to undertake representation.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station do not control these decisions.

Neither Wolfe Media nor the Participating Station is responsible for an attorney’s or law firm’s decision or failure to respond.

8. DO NOT USE LEGAL LINE FOR EMERGENCIES, URGENT MATTERS, OR LEGAL DEADLINES

DO NOT USE LEGAL LINE AS YOUR SOLE OR PRIMARY METHOD OF COMMUNICATION FOR AN EMERGENCY, AN URGENT LEGAL MATTER, OR ANY MATTER INVOLVING A DEADLINE.

This includes, without limitation:

statutes of limitation;
court filing deadlines;
hearing dates;
trial dates;
appeal deadlines;
response deadlines;
administrative deadlines;
notice requirements;
eviction deadlines;
foreclosure deadlines;
criminal matters requiring immediate assistance;
immigration deadlines;
government filing deadlines;
imminent threats to health or safety; or
any circumstance in which a delay in obtaining legal assistance could adversely affect your rights.

A legal deadline may expire regardless of whether you submitted a question through Legal Line, whether your submission was successfully transmitted, or whether an attorney responded.

If your matter is urgent or time-sensitive, you should contact an attorney directly through another method and independently confirm that the attorney received your communication and has agreed to assist you.

If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency authorities rather than using Legal Line.

9. DO NOT ASSUME YOUR SUBMISSION IS CONFIDENTIAL OR PRIVILEGED

You should exercise care when deciding what information to include in a Legal Line submission.

Submitting information through Legal Line does not, by itself:

establish an attorney-client relationship;
guarantee confidentiality;
create attorney-client privilege;
create work-product protection; or
establish any other legal privilege or professional relationship.

Until an attorney or law firm has agreed to represent you, you should not assume that information submitted through Legal Line is legally privileged or protected as a confidential attorney-client communication.

Unless specifically requested by the selected law firm through an appropriate secure method, do not submit unnecessary highly sensitive information such as:

Social Security numbers;
complete bank-account numbers;
passwords;
login credentials;
full credit- or debit-card numbers;
copies of government identification;
complete medical records;
financial-account passwords;
security codes; or
other highly sensitive information unnecessary to describing your general question.

Once information has been delivered to a law firm you selected, that firm’s handling of the information may be governed by its independent professional responsibilities, privacy practices, security practices, and applicable law.

10. COMMUNICATION AFTER YOUR INITIAL SUBMISSION

Legal Line is not intended to function as an ongoing communication portal between a consumer and a participating attorney or law firm.

If a participating attorney or law firm chooses to respond, that response ordinarily occurs directly between the attorney or law firm and the consumer, using the contact information supplied by the consumer or another method agreed upon directly between them.

After the initial transmission or attempted transmission of a submission, Wolfe Media and the Participating Station do not control, supervise, monitor, approve, edit, or guarantee subsequent communications between the consumer and the attorney or law firm.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station are not responsible for:

whether an attorney responds;
when an attorney responds;
what an attorney says or does not say;
the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of an attorney’s response;
legal advice provided by an attorney;
an attorney’s professional judgment;
an attorney’s decision to accept or decline representation;
conflicts of interest;
attorney fees or expenses;
the quality of legal representation;
the handling of a consumer’s legal matter;
the outcome of any legal matter; or
the attorney’s or law firm’s subsequent handling, use, storage, safeguarding, retention, or disclosure of information.

Any attorney-client relationship or legal-services relationship that later develops is directly between the consumer and the participating attorney or law firm.

11. PARTICIPATING ATTORNEYS AND LAW FIRMS ARE INDEPENDENT

Participating attorneys and law firms are independent legal professionals and businesses.

They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, representatives, or legal advisers of Wolfe Media or the Participating Station merely because they participate in Legal Line.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station do not direct or control the professional judgment of any participating attorney.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wolfe Media and the Participating Station make no representation, warranty, certification, or guarantee concerning a participating attorney’s or law firm’s:

qualifications;
legal ability;
competence;
experience;
licensing status;
disciplinary history;
malpractice-insurance coverage;
areas of practice;
specialization;
availability;
ability to handle a particular matter;
fees;
advice;
conduct;
professional performance; or
results.

Consumers should conduct whatever independent investigation they consider appropriate before engaging an attorney or law firm.

12. ATTORNEY INFORMATION AND PAID PARTICIPATION

Information displayed concerning participating attorneys or law firms may be supplied by those attorneys or law firms.

Participating attorneys and law firms pay to participate in Legal Line.

Accordingly, attorney and law-firm profiles, listings, logos, descriptions, sponsorships, appearances, or similar placements associated with Legal Line should be understood as paid participation or advertising unless expressly stated otherwise.

Wolfe Media may format, organize, publish, or display information supplied by a participating attorney or law firm, but each participating attorney or law firm remains responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, legality, and professional compliance of claims it provides concerning its legal services.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station do not guarantee that attorney biographies, descriptions of experience, practice-area information, office locations, licensing information, achievements, testimonials, awards, ratings, results, or other attorney-supplied information is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

Nothing concerning an attorney’s past experience, past results, testimonials, awards, ratings, or representative matters should be interpreted as a promise, warranty, prediction, or guarantee concerning the outcome of another legal matter.

13. GENERAL LEGAL INFORMATION

The Site and related Legal Line programming may contain:

articles;
videos;
audio;
interviews;
attorney answers;
FAQs;
descriptions of legal topics;
educational materials;
radio or other media content; and
other general information concerning legal subjects.

Such information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Legal outcomes depend upon the specific facts and circumstances of each matter.

Information appearing through Legal Line:

may not apply to your circumstances;
may not apply in your jurisdiction;
may become outdated;
may omit exceptions or qualifications;
may reflect the views of an individual attorney rather than Wolfe Media or the Participating Station; and
should not be treated as individualized legal advice.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station have no obligation to continuously review or update every item of general legal information whenever a law, regulation, court decision, or interpretation changes.

14. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Neither Wolfe Media nor the Participating Station guarantees any result from:

accessing the Site;
using Legal Line;
submitting a question;
selecting a participating law firm;
communicating with a participating attorney;
retaining a participating attorney;
relying upon general information appearing through Legal Line;
pursuing a legal claim; or
defending against a legal claim.

Past results do not guarantee future results.

15. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Site, you agree that you will:

provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
provide contact information that you are authorized to use;
select the participating law firm to which you want your inquiry directed;
not impersonate another person;
not knowingly submit false or fraudulent information;
not submit defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, illegal, or otherwise unlawful material;
not upload malicious software or code;
not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information;
not use automated systems to scrape, harvest, overload, interfere with, or abuse the Site; and
use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for the information and content that you voluntarily submit.

16. AUTHORIZATION TO PROCESS AND TRANSMIT YOUR SUBMISSION

When you submit a question, inquiry, attachment, contact information, or other content through the Site, you expressly authorize Wolfe Media and the companies used by Wolfe Media to operate the Site—including website hosting, email, technology, security, form-processing, and related service providers—to receive, process, temporarily store where reasonably necessary, reproduce, route, and transmit or attempt to transmit the submission for purposes of operating Legal Line and forwarding it to the participating law firm you selected.

You also authorize the selected law firm to receive the information you submit.

This authorization does not transfer ownership of your submission to Wolfe Media.

Personal information is also handled in accordance with the Legal Line Privacy Policy.

17. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is subject to the Legal Line Privacy Policy, which describes how information associated with the Site may be collected, used, processed, transmitted, disclosed, retained, and protected.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

18. ROLE OF THE PARTICIPATING STATION

The Participating Station may:

promote Legal Line;
display its branding in connection with Legal Line;
direct listeners, viewers, or website visitors to Legal Line;
provide advertising or promotional support;
host links to Legal Line; or
otherwise participate in presenting the Legal Line program to its audience.

The Participating Station’s involvement does not mean that it provides or supervises legal services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Participating Station:

is not a law firm;
does not provide legal advice through Legal Line;
does not represent Site users;
does not create attorney-client relationships;
does not select attorneys for consumers;
does not evaluate a consumer’s legal matter;
does not control an attorney’s professional judgment;
does not guarantee transmission of a submission;
does not guarantee receipt of a submission;
does not guarantee an attorney response;
does not guarantee the quality of legal services; and
does not guarantee the outcome of a legal matter.

The presence of the Participating Station’s name, call letters, logo, trademarks, personalities, programming, or branding does not constitute a warranty, recommendation, or guarantee of any participating attorney, law firm, legal opinion, legal service, or legal result.

19. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Site may contain links to websites or digital services operated by:

participating attorneys;
participating law firms;
Participating Stations;
advertisers;
sponsors;
social-media platforms; or
other third parties.

These websites and services are independently operated.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, products, services, representations, conduct, or operation of independent third-party websites or services.

Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that third party’s own terms, policies, and practices.

20. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND TECHNICAL OPERATION

Wolfe Media may modify, suspend, restrict, interrupt, replace, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time.

Wolfe Media does not guarantee that the Site will:

operate continuously;
be available at any particular time;
operate without interruption;
be free from errors;
be compatible with every browser, device, or software configuration;
transmit information without delay;
be immune from malicious activity;
preserve a particular submission indefinitely; or
remain available in its current form.

You are responsible for retaining independent copies of information that is important to you.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Except for content owned by participating stations, attorneys, law firms, licensors, sponsors, or other third parties, the Site and its original content, design, compilation, graphics, text, software, logos, features, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Wolfe Media and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The names, call letters, logos, trademarks, and branding of Participating Stations remain the property of their respective owners.

The names, logos, trademarks, and materials of participating attorneys and law firms remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the Site for personal, lawful, noncommercial purposes.

Without appropriate authorization, you may not:

reproduce substantial portions of the Site;
republish Site content for commercial purposes;
sell or sublicense Site content;
remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
create unauthorized derivative works;
use Site content in a manner implying unauthorized sponsorship or endorsement; or
use Wolfe Media’s, Legal Line’s, a Participating Station’s, or a participating law firm’s trademarks without permission.

22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, FEATURES, TRANSMISSION FUNCTIONS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WOLFE MEDIA AND THE PARTICIPATING STATION DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

ACCURACY;
COMPLETENESS;
RELIABILITY;
AVAILABILITY;
MERCHANTABILITY;
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
TITLE;
NON-INFRINGEMENT;
SECURITY; AND
RESULTS.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WOLFE MEDIA AND THE PARTICIPATING STATION DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE;
ANY PARTICIPATING ATTORNEY IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR MATTER;
A SUBMISSION WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY TRANSMITTED;
A SUBMISSION WILL BE RECEIVED;
A SUBMISSION WILL BE OPENED OR REVIEWED;
AN ATTORNEY WILL RESPOND;
AN ATTORNEY WILL AGREE TO REPRESENT YOU;
A SUBMISSION WILL BE PROTECTED BY ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE;
GENERAL LEGAL INFORMATION WILL APPLY TO YOUR PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES; OR
USE OF THE SITE WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAW, WOLFE MEDIA, LEGAL LINE, THE PARTICIPATING STATION, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR ITS USE.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties will not be responsible for loss, damage, cost, claim, injury, or other consequence resulting from or relating to:

a failed transmission;
delayed transmission;
misdirected transmission;
a law firm’s failure to receive a submission;
an attorney’s failure to open or review a submission;
an attorney’s failure or decision not to respond;
expiration of a statute of limitation or other legal deadline;
reliance upon information appearing on the Site;
legal advice provided or not provided by a participating attorney;
acts or omissions of a participating attorney or law firm;
a decision to accept or decline representation;
an attorney-client dispute;
the outcome of a legal matter;
interruption or unavailability of the Site;
a third-party website or service; or
loss, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure of information resulting from circumstances outside the reasonable control of Wolfe Media or the Participating Station.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

24. INDEPENDENT ATTORNEY SERVICES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that disputes concerning:

legal advice;
legal representation;
attorney fees;
professional negligence;
malpractice;
conflicts of interest;
professional confidentiality;
attorney-client privilege;
fiduciary duties; or
other professional services

provided or allegedly provided by a participating attorney or law firm are matters between the consumer and the attorney or law firm.

Wolfe Media and the Participating Station do not become responsible for independently provided legal services merely because an attorney or law firm participates in Legal Line.

Nothing in this section waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

25. INDEMNIFICATION FOR MISUSE OF THE SITE

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you misuse the Site, knowingly violate these Terms, violate another person’s rights, or knowingly submit unlawful material, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolfe Media and the Participating Station, together with their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives, from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs resulting directly from that conduct.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify any party for that party’s own negligence, misconduct, or other conduct where indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Wolfe Media may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

the Site;
Legal Line operations;
technology;
business practices;
legal requirements; or
other circumstances.

When the Terms are revised, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be changed.

Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF ACCESS

Wolfe Media may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Site when reasonably necessary to:

protect the Site;
protect users;
address unlawful or abusive activity;
respond to a security concern;
comply with applicable law;
protect Wolfe Media, a Participating Station, a participating attorney, or another person; or
discontinue the Site.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, independent attorney services, and dispute-related provisions.

28. CALIFORNIA GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the operation of Legal Line will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to California’s conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another law is required to apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of any non-waivable right or protection available under applicable law.

29. VENUE

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or Legal Line that is not legally required to be brought elsewhere shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Diego County, California, or in the applicable federal court serving San Diego County.

Each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts to the extent such consent is legally enforceable.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of a forum or venue right that cannot lawfully be waived.

30. NO WAIVER

A failure or delay by Wolfe Media in exercising or enforcing a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

A waiver on one occasion does not constitute a waiver on another occasion.

31. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, if necessary, severed.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT CONCERNING SITE USE

These Terms and the Legal Line Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Wolfe Media concerning your use of the Site, except where another written agreement expressly applies.

These Terms do not modify or replace:

a separate agreement between Wolfe Media and a Participating Station;
a separate agreement between Wolfe Media and a participating attorney or law firm; or
an attorney-client or legal-services agreement between a consumer and an attorney or law firm.

33. PROTECTION OF THE PARTICIPATING STATION

The disclaimers, limitations of liability, acknowledgments, and other protections expressly provided to the Participating Station under these Terms are intended to protect the station identified, branded, or associated with the particular Legal Line Site being used, together with its respective:

owners;
parent companies;
subsidiaries;
affiliates;
officers;
directors;
employees;
on-air personalities;
contractors;
agents;
representatives; and
licensors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, those parties are intended beneficiaries of provisions expressly providing protection to the Participating Station and may rely upon those protections.

34. NO PARTNERSHIP, JOINT VENTURE, OR AGENCY

The operation of Legal Line does not, by itself, create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, attorney-client relationship, or other fiduciary relationship between:

Wolfe Media and a Site user;
the Participating Station and a Site user;
Wolfe Media and a participating attorney or law firm;
the Participating Station and a participating attorney or law firm; or
the Participating Station and Wolfe Media,

except to the extent a separate written agreement between particular parties expressly provides otherwise.
